Delivery & Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase We hope you are happy with your purchase However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or exchange Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Product Delivery:
- Secure Packaging: All our deliveries come in sealed boxes. You’ll need to pay and receive your parcel at the time of delivery. It’s important to check the product right then and there.
- Unboxing Video: After getting your delivery, we ask you to create an unboxing video. If something is missing or you received the wrong item, please send us this video as evidence. We’ll investigate and take appropriate action. If we made the mistake, we’ll replace the item at no extra cost to you.
Return Policy:
- For Warranty Products: If you have a product with a warranty, like 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year, and you discover a fault within 7 days of receiving it, please send it back to us. You can use courier services like Sundarban Courier, Pathao, Redex, E-Courier, Steadfast, or any other service that offers office delivery. Please avoid SA Paribohon, as they don’t offer office delivery, which could cause delays.
- Proper Packing: Make sure the product is properly packed with all the original items. If you don’t have the original box, wrap it up in newspaper securely. We can’t accept returns if the product or box is damaged due to improper packing or if it’s not in a condition to be resold.
- Return Steps:
- After sending the product, please share the courier’s booking slip with us through our Facebook inbox or email at contact@gadgethivebd.com.
- When we receive the product, we’ll thoroughly check it. If your complaint is valid, we’ll either replace the product or resolve the issue.
- If we find no issues with the product during our testing, we’ll send it back to you after receiving the courier fee. We may share a video if necessary.
- If the product is indeed faulty, we’ll repair or replace it and cover the courier expenses.
Courier Fee Responsibility:
If you report a product fault within 7 days of purchase, we’ll cover the courier fee. But if you need warranty support after 7 days (e.g., a 6-month warranty issue arises after 2 months), you’ll need to pay for both the return and replacement deliveries. So, please ensure you’ve thoroughly checked the product before initiating a return.
Delivery and Returns Processing Time:
- We aim to process orders within 72 hours and hand them over to the courier as quickly as possible. Within Dhaka, delivery usually takes 1-3 days from the courier’s possession. Outside Dhaka, it may take 2-5 days.
- For returns, it might take 5-10 days from the time we receive the product to identify and resolve the issue.
